This privacy policy informs users of this website about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator.
The website operator takes your privacy very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory provisions. Access data
We, the website operator or page provider, collect data on access to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and store it as “server log files” on the website’s server.

Server log files are stored only for as long as is necessary for the secure operation of the website and are then deleted. Hosting: This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, and delivered via its global content delivery network. Vercel processes the access data listed above on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (Data Processing Addendum) is in place with Vercel; transfers to the USA are based on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Handling of contact data
If you contact us as the website operator via the contact options offered, your details are stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your enquiry. This data is not passed on to third parties without your consent.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention periods apply.
Contact form
Via the contact form on the homepage you can request a demo or a consultation. In doing so we process the details you enter: name, organisation or company, e-mail address, your area of interest and your message.
The data is transmitted encrypted (TLS) to an automation platform (n8n) operated by us, forwarded there to the responsible team and used solely to process your enquiry. It is not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention periods apply.
Your rights
As a user you have the right to obtain, on request and free of charge, information about which personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to rectification of inaccurate data and to restriction of processing or erasure of your personal data. Where applicable, you may also assert your right to data portability. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Erasure of data
Unless your request conflicts with a statutory obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have your data erased. Data stored by us is deleted when it is no longer required for its purpose and no statutory retention periods apply. If erasure cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible statutory purposes, processing is restricted. In this case the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes.
Right to object
Users of this website may exercise their right to object and object to the processing of their personal data at any time.
